What Is BPL?
BPL stands for Bloggers Premier League. It is a first of its kind unique and elite Team blogging event in the history of Blogosphere.
How does BPL work?
- The registered members are divided into different teams of equal numbers.
- Each team is assigned a unique name and a logo.
- The league happens in round. Every round we announce “n” number of topics. The “n” number is equal to the number of members in a team.
- The team chooses among themselves on who writes on what topic. The teams can discuss and help each other with inputs, ideas and fine-tuning of the blog post content.
- On a scheduled date, the players have to publish the topics on their blog and leave the link to their post in Cafe GingerChai.
- A panel of eminent judges will evaluate the published post on various parameters.
- As per evaluation marks are assigned for various marks and total marks arrived at. Calculating the total marks of all the members of the team a combined Grand total of the team is derived.
- The least scoring team is eliminated.
- The event moves to the next round with another set of topics.
- With elimination in every round, ultimately a summit clash happens with two teams in a grand finale and the ultimate winner established.
